Install the app and follow the on-screen instructions. If something doesn’t work, email us with what you expected vs. what happened.
The extension doesn’t show up — what can I try?
Make sure it’s enabled and refresh the page. For Safari:
Safari → Manage Extensions and confirm permissions are allowed.
What information should I include in a support request?
Please include device model, OS version, app version, screenshot (if possible), and the page URL.
Do you collect any data?
